Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid Australia Post shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over at any Australia Post office or red street posting box, and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
